personnel have experience from project management of large and
multi-discipline projects in Norway such as Lillehammer Olympic
facilities, Oslo Airport Gardermoen, Telenors headquarter at Fornebu and
the management and construction management of the New Akershus
University Hospital. Advansia has with this background created best
practice for development and construction management of projects in
Norway.

Development of a housing area for Telenor, 231 apartments.
Completion of a housing project for Storebrand Bank, 400 houses.
2003
Achieved contract for development of Bjørvika, Oslo Harbour, infrastructure of NOK2.000 mill.
Achieved contract for development of Akershus University Hospital, 140.000 Sq.m.
2005
Achieved frame agreement with The Ministry of Finance for Quality Assurance of large government owned projects.
Achieved management contract for construction of Norra Banhotellet in Stockholm, 550 rooms.
2006
Achieved contract for development of Norwegian Postal Services new centre for distribution of mail, 70.000 Sq.m.
2008
Achieved
contact for development of an addition to the offices of Det Norske
Veritas (DNV), at Høvik, outside Oslo (approx 33.000 Sq.m.).
Achieved
contract for project management for the terminal 2 project at Oslo
Airport Gardermoen. The plan is to expand the current terminal bulding
to accomodate up to 28 mill passengers per year, and is planned to be
completed in 2017.
2009
Achieved contract for
the project management of building of the new Munch- and
Stenersen museum, and the new Deichmanske main library, both located in
Bjørvika adjacent to the Norwegian National Opera & Ballet house in
Oslo.
